SHIPPING POLICY

 

Due to the outbreak of COVID-19, Lash Theory has taken necessary precautions to ensure the safety of our team and customers.

 

All orders may have a processing time of 2-3 business days prior to shipping. We try our best to ship out orders within 48 hours, but sometimes processing time can take longer. Upon fulfillment, shipping confirmation and a tracking number will be provided via email.

Shipping is a flat rate of $10.00 to USA and Canada.

Lash Theory is not responsible for additional duties or fees applied to your shipment once the package has left our facility. Please allow 48 hours for your tracking information to be updated.

Please note that international customers are responsible for all customs fees, taxes, tariffs, and/or duties required by their country.
